apHarmony is a fast growing software company located in Bartlett, IL. We offer B2B software development services to businesses across a wide variety of industries, with customers ranging from small & mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
As a business development representative (BDR), you will work in a fast-paced, competitive environment. The key areas of focus will be building new relationships with customers in our target markets, identifying and qualifying leads, and moving potential projects through the sales process.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Prospecting and lead generation
- Identifying customer needs and scheduling sales meetings
- Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
Key attributes include:
- Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, technical, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of technology-related or manufacturing-related business development experience
- Demonstrated track record of successful B2B lead generation and sales
- Self-motivated and competitive
- Comfortable in a metric-driven environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
- A love of prospecting, hunting, and outbound lead generation
